The hotel had a lovely charm to it, with elegant decorations and cozy seating areas. It felt like stepping into a beautiful traditional home. The accessibility for senior people was excellent. There were ramps for easy access and the hallways were spacious enough for a walker or wheelchair. The children working there were always helpful and ensured that I had everything I needed.

I would have appreciated more senior-friendly amenities, such as grab bars in the bathroom or a higher toilet seat.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located apartment in Toruń. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, and we loved being just a short walk away from all the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare our own meals when we didn't feel like eating out. we had a wonderful experience at Lazienna Premier and would highly recommend it to others.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful when I had to postpone my trip due to an injury, and they made sure my birthday trip six weeks later was perfect. The apartment had everything I needed and more, and I felt really safe during my stay. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the Old Town.
